While Chelchele has long been an absolute favorite of ours for their exceptional natural process coffees, this washed lot presents a stunning new side to their meticulous craftsmanship.

The Classic Yirgacheffe, Elevated This coffee captures the quintessential elegance of a classic Yirgacheffe but elevates it to new heights. It delivers everything you love about Ethiopian washed coffees, presenting a cup that is noticeably bolder, sweeter, and far juicier than a typical Yirgacheffe profile.

The Cup Profile In the cup, expect a vibrant burst of juicy peach nectar, seamlessly followed by bold and sweet honeysuckle florals. The experience rounds out with a uniquely bright, crisp lemon finish that leaves a lasting impression.

お気に入り生産者からの新たなアプローチ 私たちが長年愛してやまないチェルチェレ・ウォッシングステーションから、今回初めてウォッシュド（水洗式）のコーヒーをご紹介できることを大変嬉しく思います。これまで彼らの素晴らしいナチュラルプロセスのコーヒーを定番として扱ってきましたが、今回のウォッシュドロットは、彼らの精製技術の新たな魅力を引き出しています。

進化したクラシック・イルガチェフェ このコーヒーは、伝統的なイルガチェフェの洗練されたプロファイルを持ちながらも、それをさらに高い次元へと昇華させています。エチオピアのウォッシュドコーヒーに求めるすべての魅力を備えつつ、通常のイルガチェフェよりもさらに力強く、豊かな甘みがあり、非常にジューシーな仕上がりとなっています。

カップ・プロファイル 一口飲むと、ジューシーなピーチネクターの豊かな味わいが広がり、続いてハニーサックル（スイカズラ）の力強く甘いフローラルな香りが包み込みます。フィニッシュには、ユニークで明るいレモンのような爽快な余韻をお楽しみいただけます。
