We are offering 5-8 single origin espressos with our masterfully established recipes and advanced gears. We use 3 different burr patterns depending on each origin and cultivar to maximize the flavor experience.

Our espresso is customized per each origin with grind setting, dose, time and pressure.
Edo castle area
Your coffee experience at our Espresso Bar starts once you get out from the station exit. The path to the bar embraces its unique landscape of Edo Castle, established in the 17th century. You can also enjoy the coffee with the historic view with our takeaway coffees.
