サブスクは毎月第一金曜日を目安に発送されます。
締切は毎月28日となっておりますので、もし当月のコーヒーを購入されたい場合は必ず期限内にご購入いただきますようお願いいたします。
キャンセル、変更については請求の発生前までに行っていただきますようお願いいたします。原則購入はを起算点として毎月同日頃に請求が行われます。
Subscriptions ships around the first Friday of every month.
If you're interested in the specific coffees of a month's subscription, please subscribe by the 28th prior to the shipment month.
If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, please do so by the 1st of that month.
淹れ方 Degassing notice
当社の製造するコーヒーは、焙煎後30日ごろから飲み頃はじまり、45日頃からピークがはじまります。
また、ハンドドリップでお楽しみの場合、比較的高いレシオ(1:18〜1:19)をお勧めしています。

Although much longer than typical light roast coffee, we recommend a 35 to 70 day rest period for our coffees before brewing. We recommend brewing around 45 days post-roast, as most of our coffees peak around that time.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
