Why are we releasing this now? We will begin roasting these special collections on July 3rd. Since our light-roasted and espresso-roasted coffees typically require a degassing period of 30 to 50 days to reach their absolute peak flavor, dispatching them now ensures that your flight will hit its prime drinking window perfectly in sync with our anniversary date on August 13th.
