We are thrilled to introduce a very rare coffee from Panama, a clean ETH47 natural, sourced in collaboration with our friend Jonathan Vaz Matias/“JV” who is a globally recognized coffee expert from SCA.
This coffee was brought from Costa Rica by John Vaz himself and planted in Corpachi farm, which he specially reserved for us.
Since this coffee is very delicate while it’s pretty small and hard, we decided to go with our 2021/2022 style profile.
In the cup, this coffee boasts a remarkably crisp, sparkling wine like acidity with unique tropical flavors that are iconic to both the farm and the cultivar.
Expect start fruit, honeysuckle florals and mango sweetness.

Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.
