A Landmark Acquisition Marking our second acquisition from the Kianyangi washing station since 2018, this high-altitude Kenyan lot is a masterclass in balance. It boasts an incredibly succulent juiciness and a rich, velvety body. Without question, this is the finest Kenyan coffee we have had the privilege to showcase since 2017.

Pushing the Boundaries For this release, we pushed the boundaries with a dedicated espresso roast profile, and the results are truly captivating. While technically a more "developed" roast, our approach unexpectedly unlocked an even more vibrant and brighter flavor profile. The resulting shot is the epitome of balance—generous, beautifully textured, and remarkably bright, performing phenomenally as a classic 1:2 ratio espresso.

焙煎の限界への挑戦 今回のリリースでは、エスプレッソ専用のローストプロファイルで限界に挑み、非常に魅力的な結果を引き出しました。テクニカルにはより「デベロップ」させた（熱量をしっかり与えた）焙煎ですが、このアプローチが予想外にも、コーヒーが持つ鮮やかで明るいフレーバーをさらに力強く解き放ちました。クラシックな「1:2」の抽出レシオにおいて、豊かなテクスチャーと驚くほどの明るさを伴う、究極のバランスを備えたエスプレッソショットをお楽しみいただけます。
