Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

This wonderful coffee from Berlina Estate is one that really brings us back to the delicious Boquete Geishas of years past. We are huge fans of the Boquete terroir, and years ago, its Geishas represented that mild, elegant, and perfumed terroir wonderfully. It's a very different kind of Geisha than the typical modern high-grown Geisha, and we're very excited to introduce our community to this taste that we love. With a rounded acidity and medium body, it can be the perfect daily driver, but with its complexity and depth of flavor, you can also savor it slowly, sip by sip.
In the cup we find very perfumed notes of lemon and jasmine alongside notes of lychee and orange peel. An excellent coffee that isn't super intense or bright, but is very enjoyable throughout.
