Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

This Geisha from our friend Wingo's farm, Las Delicias of Fincas Mierisch, is one that we've been buying for many years. We've been working with Wingo for a long time, as he is our longest term partner to date, not to mention our good friend. We first tried this coffee in 2022, where we were impressed by its vibrancy and flavor intensity despite being a relatively low grown Geisha. Since then, we've bought it every year. This year in particular however, is the best it's ever been, hands down. We were super surprised with how incredibly vibrant this year's harvest tasted during cupping, and especially with how clean the cup is despite being a natural processed coffee. If you've tried this coffee before, it's totally different now, and it's not one to miss.
Expect a super juicy and clean strawberry body, with intense bursting jasmine and lavender florals, followed up by a vibrant, sweet lime candy aftertaste.
