Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.

私たちとしても初めての買い付けとなる、ルワマ農協のケニア。キリニャガらしいクリーンでフルーティな味わいに、例外的なトロピカル感。みかん、ライチの香水のような香り、ジューシーなドラゴンフルーツ、甘いカモミールの後味。This is our very first purchase from Rwama Cooperative. While we rarely see their name in the market, we found that this coffee has exceptionally tropical flavors for a Kirinyaga origin. Despite the hybrid cultivars (Ruiru 11 and Batian), this lot delights with incredibly clean taste. We believe that this Muthingi lot has some of the most interesting flavors from Kenya this year. Opening with bright mandarine, followed by juicy dragon fruit and perfumed notes of lychee, that leads the way to sweet chamomile finish.
