Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.

カフェグランハラエスペラエンサ(エスペランサコーヒー農園)は、多くの競技会で上位を勝ち取ってきた人気農園です。このゲイシャは典型的な正統派ゲイシャフレーバーを感じる繊細で美味しいコーヒー。シトラス、レモン、紅茶を感じます。This geisha delights us with very authentic, classic geisha flavors. Super floral and super bright. Blossoming citrus flavors of lemon with a hint of sour sweetness like grapefruit, followed by perfumed darjeeling that lead into jasmine florals and a delicate finish. Cafe Granja La Esperanza, or CGLE, is very well known for their experimental processes, but we intentionally chose their washed coffees instead, which elegantly represent the great terroir and micro climates of their farm.
