Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

Apollon’s Goldとしては初の取り扱いとなるChiroso種。非常にクリーンなウォッシュプロセスに仕上がっており、品種の個性をはっきりと感じることができます。ライチやピーチ、エルダーフラワーなど華やかなフレーバー。
We are so excited to bring this our first ever Chiroso/Caturra Chiroso coffee. While its origin is still unknown, Caturra Chiroso has been commonly grown in the Urrao region, Antioquia. This coffee is processed with slightly extended fermentation with an intention to wash out husks and micilages so that the character of this cultivar should shine more. We have been impressed by this coffee from our sample trial cupping and this coffee delivers incredibly vibrant flavors on its super unique and juicy acidity that is akin to Pink Bourbon. Expect lots of tropical notes like lychee with peach flavors throughout out and beautiful elderflower florals.
