Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

This 2021 Cup of Excellence winner stands out effortlessly. Grown at an impressive altitude of 2200 meters above sea level, El Obraje Geisha exhibits the classic lavender florality and sweet honeydew finish typical of superior high-altitude geishas. What sets it apart is its uniquely intense sweetness and vibrant acidity, reminiscent of pomelo and passionfruit, complemented by intricate layers of jasmine and lavender. The result is a geisha that offers a truly remarkable and captivating experience, from its initial brightness to its lingering honeydew sweetness in both finish and aftertaste.
